I suspect no one who follows me will give a fuck but I’ve been trying to get this light fixture going for a while. DIY mason jar / Edison bulb / cloth insulated cable / porcelain socket / 20’s style round plug I mean this thing is authentically inspired by the 1920’s. I really want to stroke my own dick on this one. This is the first project I’ve done that’s functional and 100% of the materials are from the suggested time. From the bulb to the plug. My next steeze is a shack picture frame. Oh, if you want one as legit as mine I’ll make you one for $15 plus s&h or you can wait until I post a tutorial online. in that tutorial I’ll also show a less authentic ikea cheat that I attempted earlier.
